Heat the milk at high temperature.
Curdle the milk by adding small quantity of vinegar.
Squeeze out all the water and store the curdle in dry place.
Now make individual sponges in spherical shape.
Prepare sweet milk to keep the sponge.
Add some dry fruits to it.
Keep it in refrigerator for 5 hours.
Your rasmalai is ready.
