Recognising Handwritten digits using neural networks and logistic regression

Implemented One-vs-All Logisitic regression for recognizing hand-written digits in the MNIST dataset Trained the neural networks using backpropagation algorithm for the task of hand-written digit recognition and achieved an accuracy of 95.3%
