Options

Fix AT TIME ZONE for timestamps without time zones: 

	test=> select ('2005-07-20 00:00:00'::timestamp without time zone) at
	time zone 'Europe/Paris';
	        timezone
	------------------------
	 2005-07-19 22:00:00-04

Udpate documentation.
